Which parts of this site require a user account?

A user account is required to complete, track, return and cancel orders via the users section. It is also required for all custom frame orders.

Can I only sign up using an email address?

An account can be created very simply by creating a password and providing your email address however, we also provide simplified registration via Facebook & Google. By choosing a third party login method, you accept their use of your personal data.

Should I choose to, can I delete my account?

You can delete your account and all of your accompanying data by simply clicking on "Delete My Account" in the Personal Details section of your user account. We can delete your account within 1 hour but deleting all accompanying data usually takes a short while longer. You can also choose to only delete your account without deleting your data, should you wish to come back at a later stage.

I've changed email addresses and forgotten my password.

If you cannot access your account because your email address has changed and you no longer have access to the mailbox to retrieve the "Forgotten Password" link, then simply contact our customer support via email or via chat and we'll gladly assist.
